Chairman Eastwood Ria Residents Network ERRN

Leadership is not defined by the roles we are given but by the problems we choose to solve It is about having the empathy to listen to every single voice especially those often unheard and the drive to build solutions that truly leave no one behind

My drive comes from a simple desire to be genuinely useful to the people around me I am naturally pragmatic and always looking for ways to improve treating every new responsibility as a chance to upgrade my skills so I can serve more effectively I believe in advocating for individuals of all abilities and ensuring that everyone regardless of the unique and sometimes unseen hurdles they face has a strong place in our community Whether I am sitting down with residents to sort out everyday problems at the Meet the People Sessions engaging crowds at the Edusave Awards or planning initiatives with the Siglap Youth Network and the Eastwood Ria Residents Network my mindset is the same Even while guiding my peers in National Service I focus on understanding vastly different perspectives and building real connections Ultimately I want to keep pushing my own boundaries and learning as much as I can Stepping up to empower others is the best way to ensure our entire community grows and prospers together in the future
